The Lyra Process
Lyra Group has a proprietary process of beginning any consulting arrangement known as The Lyra Process.
Diagnose
We begin with robust listening sessions and interviews with all relevant staff. We’ll probe for how things work, what processes are followed, how documentation is recorded and more. We’ll also reach out to those who are external to the facility who may have some interaction with the facility. Vendors, family members, regulatory agencies and more. The goal of this step is to determine the of the situation, and to inform how Lyra Group can provide assistance
Engage
Relationships are important, and Lyra Group believes that the best outcomes can happen when all participants are engaged and empowered to work on the situation. We work with internal teams to better work together, rallying them around common goals and objectives.
Act
Once we have the right people and the right processes in place, we help a facility put them into action.
Evaluate
As the facility and Lyra Group continue their work it is important to continue to check in and determine how things are working, where there are holes in the process, or where things are not being done as planned.
Repeat
We know that for a facility to stay at the top of its game, the quest for improved performance and quality is never over. At Lyra Group when we talk about “repeat” we mean working to make sure the internal teams have what they need to continue to move forward.
